ISDH 2013 – First Announceme​nt, Proposal for Speaker Entry Form and Call for Abstracts

Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the ISDH 2013 Local Organising Committee (LOC), IFDH and OHASA, please find attached the following documents:

1. First Announcement: This document provides an warm welcome to all health professionals to join the 2013 ISDH in Cape Town, South Africa.  The theme of the symposium is outlined in detail along with all contact points for further information.  Please share this document via your websites, link to your Facebook pages or to conference event sites.  We encourage every opportunity to promote the event and enable potential participants to plan their attendance.  If you require a power point slide for inclusion in professional presentations, please let us know and this can be developed and supplied.

2. Proposal for Speaker Entry Form:

The ISDH 2013 LOC cordially invite members of the IFDH House of Delegates to submit their speaker recommendation for consideration in the scientific programme.  The ISDH 2013 LOC are committed to provide a scientific programme that recognises speakers of significant interest and richness of diversity in discussion.  The guidelines for your speaker recommendation are detailed in this document and your response is required before May 31st 2012.

Please note: The final selection of speakers is at the discretion of the Scientific Committee and this submission of proposal does not equate to acceptance of the speaker.

3. Call for Abstracts:

The first call for abstracts, including guidelines for submission, is provided in this final attached document.  Please share this document via your websites and/or links with Facebook pages.
